I have benn around the construction industry all my life. My backround has run the gambit from welding and heavy equipment repair to heavy equipment sales. with this behind me, I take these images of the anitque and modern machinery and create these copper sculptures.I have chosen copper as my medium for its lasting beauty
The foundation of my current work has been the hydraulic excavator because of its popularity. The core of the excavator sculptures is the 100,000lb class of the popular makes of these machines.
