Supplements That May Have Helped Me Achieve Remission

image
The following is a list of supplements I took that may have helped me achieve a partial remission from T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. I've checked the essential active ingredients in this version.

Turmeric 300 mg x 3 daily preferably with fish oil or black pepper.

Milk thistle extract equivalent to 7 grams dried fruit. Standardised to 84 mg of flavanolignans.

Blackcurrant equivalent to 12 grams dried fruit extract one per day. Standardised to anthocyanins 60 mg.

Vitamin D3    6000 IU Blackmores. Once daily. Most cancer patients are vitamin D deficient. It needs to be the hydroxyl form that is tested for.

Grape seed extract 80 mg Proanthocyanidins. 20 mg hesperidin three times daily.

InsulBalance a clinicians mineral and vitamin multi for diabetics. 3 tablets once or twice per day.

MSMFlam Methylsulphonylmethane Despite the name this is naturally occurring in raw vegetable but is lost with boiling. 1200mg Vit C 50 mg calcium ascorbate 150 mg sodium ascorbate hesperidin 35 mg molybdenum 60 mcg Quercetin 20 mg rutin 25 mg

Recently I've added Astazan (astaxanthin) 400 mg and saw palmetto 300 mg but this was after I went into remission.

Hope this helps someone else in a similar situation. There are at least four other reasons besides supplements that could have brought about remission.

Thanks
Quentin.
