To convert your A1c to an average blood sugar in either mg/dl or mmol/L using the ADAG formula released in October 2007 click HERE
This new formula is based on CGMS data and is believed to be more accurate than either the DCCT formula or the Nathan Formula.

The formula used in this calculator is:

Average Blood Glucose in mmol/L = (1.583 * A1c - 2.52)

The conversion factor used to convert mmol/L to mg/dl is 18.05.
